Hannah Single
Growing up outside Atlanta, GA, I spent a lot of time outside and enjoyed learning about plants and animals in the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area. Over the past two years, my Mom became a master birder, and since then, I have joined her on various birding excursions - waiting for bluebirds to fledge in our yard back home in Georgia, spotting a Baltimore Oriole in Central Park in New York where I now live, and spying King Rail chicks wading through the marsh in the Cape Hatteras National Seashore. I now have a much greater appreciation for how important birds, especially birds of prey, are for the ecosystem, and they are super cool to see and identify, too!
This will be my second marathon. I am excited to run with the Raptors to support the Peregrine Fund.
Help Hannah reach her fundraising goal!
