African Leadership Grant Application Period

This is an exciting opportunity for students in Africa spearheaded by The Peregrine Fund’s team there along with several partners. The grant application period is open until April 30th.

If you are affiliated with organizations in Africa or otherwise that can reach raptor research students as outlined in the grant below, please share.

The African Raptor Leadership Grant is a new funding opportunity aimed at developing raptor champions throughout Africa. Applicants must be African students intending to enroll as MSc or Honors students at one of three African universities (see specifics in grant) and to conduct research on African raptors or the threats to them.

Two grants of $10,000 will be awarded per year to students, including support for their in-country mentors. The deadline is 30 April.
