Joe Seebode | New Jersey
Joe is from New Jersey. He has been passionate about running and wildlife for most of his life. He began running during his freshman year of high school and has not stopped since. Along with running for himself, Joe also coaches high school track and cross country at the school where he teaches. As a runner living in New Jersey, it has been a dream of his from an early age to run the NYC Marathon.
He is excited to be running to support the conservation of birds of prey through the work of The Peregrine Fund. Joe has always loved animals and was fortunate to intern at a nature center while in college that worked with raptors. It was there that he developed a love of hawks, owls, and falcons, and learned about the vital role they play in ecosystems around the world.
