Lloyd Kiff

GRIN Coordinator

Lloyd Kiff, Science Director, was Director of the Western Foundation of Vertebrate Zoology in Los Angeles, California from 1968-1994 and also served as the Curator of Ornithology at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County from 1988-1992. He was the Team Leader of the California Condor Recovery Team from 1986-1993 and also served on the Western Peregrine Falcon Recovery Team. He was President of the Cooper Ornithological Society and is a Fellow of the American Ornithologists' Union. He holds a Master's degree from UCLA. Lloyd and his wife, Julie, divide their time between their country home near Star, Idaho and their townhouse in North Vancouver, British Columbia. His greatest passions are coordinating the Global Raptor Information Network (GRIN) and playing basketball.
