World Center for Birds of Prey Welcomes Scouts on 23 February

Cub Scouts can work toward their World Conservation Award with scavenger hunts and other activities planned at The Peregrine Fund's World Center for Birds of Prey from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, 23 February.

Participants will be admitted at a reduced price: $1 for Scouts in uniform and $2 for adult leaders.

The program meets many of the activity requirements for Wolf, Bear and Webelos Scouts. For more information, contact Mark Purdy, education coordinator, at 362-8259 or mpurdy@peregrinefund.org.

The Peregrine Fund is a non-profit organization that conserves and restores rare species of raptors around the world.

Driving directions: From I-84, take the Cole Road exit and continue south for 6 miles on Cole Road and Flying Hawk Lane.
